Kufahl, Stella (Marriage - 3 Feb. 1951)

Miss Stella Kufahl, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ewald Kufahl of Athens, route 1, and Wallace Wehrman, son of Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Wehrman of Colby, route 1, were united in marriage Saturday afternoon, Feb. 3, in the parsonage of the Salem Lutheran church of Town Hamburg, Rev. Herman Schedler officiating. The couple was attended by Miss Dareen Balz of Athens and Eugene Wehrman of West Allis.

The bride was attired in a gray wool suit with navy blue accessories and a corsage of red roses. Miss Balz wore a gray suit with red accessories and a corsage of pale pink roses.

Following the ceremony, a reception for 40 guests was held at the home of the bride’s parents. Among the guests were relatives from Colby, Stratford, Abbotsford and Wausau.

While Mr. Wehrman is in service, the bride will make her home in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
